Yes he truly was the star. The substance wasn't even all that great, and the other characters were pretty weak too. But he was stellar!

12 Angry Men(1997)

it was equally as good as the original. Might be slightly easier for modern audiences to watch due to being in color.

I tried the northman second time after turning it off early the first round. (Cause of bad acting i thought)

Heard some am. football player and rogan speak good of it on the podcast so tried again... still think its a bit crap, acting is lot of the times bad and overall nothing spectacular, fight moves are mostly real underwhelming & sloppy, the main actor cant keep his poorly acted dialect from one sentence to another, but decent movie if watching it for what it is... just like some theatre project turned into a movie, 4.5/10, watchable.
