Critics are apparently freaking out over how horrible that last scene was. Did people not see that shit coming the moment she went there? We knew the guy was a sick bastard.

wow really? im surprised people would huff and puff over it. He's more tame than joffrey and they've even toned Ramsay down from his book character in my opinion.

Yea, as I said I pretty much agree with that viewpoint. But I also realize that this is a TV show so they will stretch the boundaries of what makes sense in order to help the story progress and be more dramatic. I said I won't knock the show for doing that. The writers couldn't have followed every detail to the letter the way GRRM wrote so that it all made perfect sense. That just wouldn't have been practical for the adaptation.

Check out Rotten Tomatoes. The episode got horrible ratings (for a GOT episode) and almost all of it was in regards to the last scene. Just pathetic really. He's a fucked up guy, the books/episodes are not meant to be pleasant, I don't even see how people can bitch about something like that.
