I saw the trailer the other day and thought it might actually be decent. Fucking hell Leto is falling off a cliff. Denzel has been shit for awhile now, but was hoping this would help him bounce back.

Plot ending is basically where it's at, the rest is just filler information

Surprisingly enjoyed it, I guess not having any expectations may have helped.

the platform

despite it being dubbed over in English, i enjoyed it. A twisted set of premises on which a shallow plot is placed. Not much is going on, but what DOES go on will either repulse you or entertain you. I was entertained

It’s ok. I expected better from 3 big Oscar winners like Denzel, Malek, Leto.

Denzel and Leto are fine, Malek’s acting was pretty mediocre. But it’s not their faults, the script is very poor based on the final product, or the director shit the bed. Curious to see if there was a different cut of the movie if it would be better.

It’s worth a watch, but don’t expect ‘movie of the year’

I started watching it with subs then switched to dubed, it was very well dubbed like all characters sounded exactly like they did in original language.

Really well made film, wish it was longer

Shotcaller was decent but somewhat hard to watch i will give it 6 out of 10
