yeah it had some good performances, i was a little turned off by a few cringe lines and it felt a little predictable at times (maybe because ive read a bit of agatha christie--although i suppose it could have had a Clue (1985) [one of my favorite movies] style ending where some other thing happened they explained out) overall entertaining tho

I watched Burr's special Paper Tiger.

This is the second time I've watched it and I enjoyed it far more the second time. It isn't as strong as his older stuff, as is generally the case with everything, and I felt like he took some risks here on some "anti-woke" jokes. His closing bit made me sad, so if you are a fan of his and no his history you'll probably be sad too at the end lol.

Worth watching but if you haven't ever seen a Bill Burr special don't start with this one.

Saw this scene on youtube and figured it has been very long since i saw this movie, barely remembered it.

So i had a look.

It's good actually. just wish they, even if its 3h12 min long, would have added 20-40+ minutes of calmer scenes in the middle where less spectacular stuff was happening, for it not to go from action sequence to action sequence.

It gets a little too much, and the soundtrack feels a bit off sometimes. those were some few things that could have been greatly improved. Other than that a very good movie, great effects and scenery, quite nice story, good acting. Solid 7/10. If it wasn't so much back to back action i'd score it higher i think. The slow build up was great tho.

Jungle (2017)

This movie didn't rate very well, but man I thought it was intense. Imagining this is (perhaps loosely) based on a true story... I thought Radcliffe did an excellent job and just envisioning myself in the same situation had the anxiety feels rolling.
