last nigh I watched:

The Fountain (2006) - I can understand why this would rub a lot of people the wrong way. It takes itself very seriously and is very preachy. But I think it has something good to say- much better than the rating of 5-7/10 that I see it getting.

Rise of the Skywalker- This was not nearly as bad as I expected it to be. There were a handful of problems, it wasn't great, but it was salvageable as a Star Wars movie. If someone could come out with a heavily edited version of TLJ (cut it down to about 30 minutes of footage) then I think this trilogy could be a worthy successor to the franchise.
