Yup, most organized syndicats, as I also stated above, have many ppl in the higher ups. The new age isn't like the Godfather, 1 guy calling all the shots, it's more like a group who vote and decide on matters.
So, probably did bring someone else in, purchased the Catalyst contract/land, rekindled friendship with Tony and boom, a part of Cali is now owned by them.
I'll never stop saying this though; I pay $ to watch something, and I'd like more details instead of cryptic finishes.

I honestly would love to hear a afterword with Nic. Thia season didn't end as "cut and dry" as the first. I'd like to hear where he thinks the story goes.
Edit: I would love for them to revisit parts of this story in a later season, with new characters. I think there is something interesting there. Hell, I wouldn't even be mad if s3 picked up right after. I know that's probably not gonna happen.
