Well, having read the books isn't giving me the certitude it used to as far as predicting things, but here's a hint you can work out through what they show you in the series.
The teenager who's hot the symbol carved on his forehead, he's lancel, and he's been involved as an accessory in a lot of stuff since the beginning.
Try to remember back what cercei asked him to do in season one, both regarding her husband, and how she bought his service. Tyrion blackmailed him in season two about that too.
Now think of how devoted he is to the gods now...
Cercei might very well be about to realize how utterly stupid her decision was to let the church arm itself.

in my opinion ur going too far with spoiler-esque stuff there

I'm just connecting dots that are already in the show. They might, or might not do it too, considering the sweeping changes.
Edit: I kind of wish they still had that invisible tag for spoilers here like back in the day though.
He is correct... too much spoiler information posted in a subtle way... yet it is still a spoiler alert.

legally, it wasn't rape. Ethically/morally they are using that scene to show the difference between how Sansa gets treated by Ramsay vs what she had with Tyrion. Sansa was so 'repulsed' by Tyrion, but suddenly now he doesn't seem so bad. She's getting a little life experience to rethink her expectations for the world.
If you just take it at face value, then I don't disagree with you on that point. However, as a book reader I know that it is just part of a setup for a bigger plotline, so I can't really knock the show for the way that played out.
I'm really wondering what they are up against for that.
Contractually, I doubt she has signed up agreeing to do frontal nudity. When the show started, Sophie Turner wasn't old enough. Do they renegotiate contracts yearly? I don't think so, cuz I remember reading that Davos had like a 3-year contract or something. My best guess is that she probably hasn't renegotiated a contract that stipulates nudity since she only turned 18 ~15months ago.
Legally, it is rape in our perception based on our beliefs in this time period, as for my dads time [about 30 years ago], it was known that even the police officers could NOT get involved in family matters... i.e. when my father was beating my mother or myself in the main streets of the city. Now that was ONLY 30 years ago, so can you imagine what went on during those days, husbands raping their wives when they felt like it, and the government could not do anything even in a court of law... take that into effect when in GoT none of those rules applied... personally, don't give advice when you have not experienced it. If you believe me to be WRONG, you have not lived my life or experiences in the 48 years I have been around, this is not including the experiences of family members that are 15-25 years older than myself.
As for the Queens mother being an imbecile and getting played in the inquiry... she should have known better, her age, her experiences and her knowledge of manipulation from past experiences should have MADE her more aware... it is not I who takes it on face value, it is you whom thinks that experience vs basic manipulation is null and void, whether it comes from reading the writers explanations or not... basically... think for yourself, not the writers interpretation of what should happen etc.
