Well hes already made 10(if you count Kill Bill as 2 films) 9 if you count them as one... but if you consider Four Rooms his film too, then hes back at 10 or 11.

Hes confirmed and making the Manson Murders movie already, and the Star Trek movie is confirmed. And hes already said there will be Kill Bill pt 3

thats 12-14 films right there.

I think he will make movies as long as he enjoys them/keeps writing fresh fun films.


Seems like the Star Trek thing is a real passion project, and he was inspired to make it.

Seriously though I'm glad he is planning to keep making films. Really enjoy his work.

Yeah hes my favorite film maker of all time. Robert Rodriguez was right behind him on my list(Once Upon A Time in Mexico is an ABSOLUTE CLASSIC in my opinion), but then he started doing the machete movies and that was too much for me... and it seems like all he does now is kids movies

Kill Bill part 3

He's gone back and forth, but in a recent interview, he said he'd keep making movies as long as he was still on top. He said that if the quality of his films went to shit, and the public agreed that his movies were shit, that's when he would quit. We'll see what happens, because he's talked about retiring because he's been bored before, I'm hoping he doesn't, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if he just says fuck it one day, and we never hear from him again. He's also a GIANT asshole. I don't know if you've watched his interviews, or stories of people who have hung out with him, he's an insane person, and a complete prick. Doesn't matter because the guy is a fucking genius, and I'm going to keep watching his movies ofc, but it did make me sad just knowing that I'd never want to actually hang out with him (not that I'd ever get the chance anyways lol).

Oh yeah, huge douche. Makes sense hes so genius, people like that arent normal.

Yeah, I think doing things super different and out of his spectrum like this, will be what keeps him going. Something fresh.

Big trek fan here. Stopped watching new ones after into darkness. Star trek going different direction than what i grew up with. Maybe will see some space boobies for first time in trek but i doubt it. Nn to make a star trek rated R.
