Ending was perfect. Original and 100x better than having an ending just showing him die or end up in prison which everyone expected.

Just felt like it was a cop-out. He deserved to die or be in jail. Sure, it's predictable, but it's fitting. By the end of season 6 we knew everything about the characters, why give us such a boring and anticlimactic ending when there were endless possibilities for him to go out in a blaze of glory or for him to rot away in jail like he deserved. Great show, guess the ending just rubbed me the wrong way though. I can see why some people thought it was perfect, just didn't do it for me.

That was why they did it. There were endless possibilities and they wanted the audience to think discuss what they think happened. I love the idea and obviously it wasn't that bad of an idea since it sparked a lot more discussion than a concrete ending would have. Some people don't like it you're not alone.

First time I saw it I thought my tv shut off lol.

SAME lol. I had to re-watch the last 10 minutes of the episode to make sure I didn't miss something. I guess I didn't think about them intentionally trying to start a conversation speculating on what happened. I can see how people can appreciate that ending, I guess I just prefer closure rather than uncertainty after spending 60+ hours watching something.

It really was a fantastic show and it should have been in my honorable mentions list. It's easily top 10 for me.

C'mon, we've seen what happen in the 6 seasons we've seen in him, karma always hit back, this ending is perfect because we already know what will happen to him and that's gonna end bad.

I'm actually in the middle of watching it for the 2nd time. Just finished the Wire the 2nd time few weeks ago.

Both shows are even better the 2nd time. You notice a lot more little details that make the shows even more perfect.

HBO is the king of TV. Sopranos, The Wire, Got, and now Westworld is taking the torch as GoT wraps up its final two seasons.

Would have rather seen him get what he had coming, rather than just assume he's going to get it lol.

Don't forget about Jon Oliver. HBO is the best thing to happen to TV in a long time.

I enjoyed it. Curious to see where it goes. Seems like it'll be one of those shows like Lost though. Just keeps getting more and more convoluted and then never really going anywhere. I hope not, but we'll see.

In no particular order

Breaking Bad
Sons of Anarchy
Game of Thrones
True Detective Season 1
The Wire

Honorable mentions

Rick and Morty (#1 animated comedy)
Archer (#2 animated comedy)
Westworld (Need to see more before I know if this is a top show)

wow basically im right there with you. I'd bump sons of anarchy out of the top 5 in favor of Walking Dead, but other than that it's a complete match...

Not a huge TWD fan. I watched up to season 4 and then dropped it. I've heard it's gotten REALLY good since, but I just haven't had the time to pick it up again.

SOA is without a doubt the worst one on that list. It had a lot of cheesy, horrible acted moments and the plot just went full retard at a couple points. The reason it made my top 5 though, is because for w/e reason, I felt a connection to the characters and got super sucked in emotionally and it was one of the only shows I've ever watched that actually made me cry. I still don't fucking know why it hit me hard, but for some reason it did. I can see all of it's glaringly obvious faults, but they didn't matter, I just fucking loved it. I'm not the type to get emotional with movies/shows EVER. So, if a show is capable of someone making my cold dead hear feel things, I gotta give it props.
