I liked the direction they took with Rouge One, but like I said, I didn't care about any of them. I knew they would die from the beginning of the movie and left with a feeling of, welp, they died, at least it was kind of a cool concept. There was some good things, It's still just pretty much a toss-up for me between this and 7, and I was pretty disappointed by both. I was more so disappointed by Rouge because a few people who's opinion I highly respect when it comes to film, spoke as though it was the best thing Star Wars had ever done, and as if it was the best movie of the entire year. I just wasn't all that impressed with the majority of the movie, was sorely disappointed with a lot of the acting, and it was upsetting that I felt nothing for any of the characters when they met their inevitable demise.

Saving Private Ryan was absolutely fantastic, but there's always room to build on genres. You could have thought the mobster movie genre was done after the Godfather, Goodfellas, and Casino, but then along comes the Fucking Departed and boom, you're sucked right back in lol.

Could debate that Departed is best of that genre

Dunkirk, Alien, and Bladerunner, in that order. I'll eventually see the Fate of the Furious just to check it off the list, but I'm not terribly excited to see it.

I'm the most skeptical of Bladerunner, but the brief trailers don't look bad. Mainly because I felt that was a movie that didn't need to be touched. Regardless, I'll see it.

I don't think Nolan can go wrong with the eye for detail that he has. He's going to make that probably the best WW2 movie since Saving Private Ryan, and there's been plenty of decent war movies since then.

Alien, I'm just excited to see what they do with it. Danny McBride in a serious role will be cool too.

Doesn't the new avatar come out in 2017? I would pick that if it was on the list. Out of the ones on this poll I picked guardians of the galaxy 2 and also can't wait for logan, alien, and spiderman

Every year they delay it by another, 2018 currently but who knows

Picked guardians aswell but torn between star wars
Also want to see Ghost in the Shell! New Mummy film and Power Rangers also :p

Mummy trailer was sick btw normally don't watch them but can't help seeing Rogue One and Fantastic Beasts in cinema, Logan+Assassins Creed looked good too. Been waiting for ages since some of the big sci-fi ones started making more money than other movies in like 2013, seems to have finally caught up guess it takes a bit from planning to release with movies. Fantastic beasts was pretty awesome btw no-one talking about it coz it's not cool ^^

People liked the tree and the racoon thing. I personally found them annoying and the movie was pretty boring and unfunny for me, but whatever, I guess everyone has different tastes ^^

Disagree.

I liked everyone. It wasn't the best movie, or even the best Marvel movie, but it was a lot better than the majority of the movies they've made. Character development was good enough, the plot was enough to get the average viewer entertained and besides the very end, I thought it was an incredibly enjoyable movie.
