the black jokes from chris rock never get old ...

He was never funny. The only people I've seen laugh hysterically at his jokes were overly PC 40+ year old white people slapping their knees saying "we do do that". I was like 15 at a buddies house and I went home because I couldn't stand to be around his idiotic parents one minute longer and he had free drugs for me lol.

His jokes at Oscars were pretty weak but he's definitely a good comedian MOST of the time

Not really... he has one thing, bashing white people... It's not funny, it's lazy comedy and it's boring. It's like fat guys who make fun of themselves for being fat, or chicks who just talk about being whores, it's not funny, it's never been funny. Have an original lineup with comedy coming from multiple angles, not a one-trick pony act.

Just look at the difference between some of the truly great stand-up acts.

I didn't like The Revenant, I thought the storyline was pretty bad. I think Leo deserves an Oscar, but for his prior work

Happy for him though, the movie was bad, but he played his part pretty well

Personally I thought The Revenant was one of the best at the Oscars gorgeous scenery, plausible plot, and good acting. I'm not sure what was to be disliked other then the fact it paced slowly, but I didn't mind the build up.

The scenery was great, the acting was good, I just found the storyline to be weak.

(fun fact, I did some minor location scouting for this film, nothing that was used though)

theres no movies with original ideas or good story line anymore, its all oscar bait special effect shite
