Fantastic movie.

My wife hates Christian Bale, hates him with a passion. I made her watch this movie and well, she still hates him, but I finally got her to admit to how amazing of an actor he is.

prob heard the meltdown he had on that terminator flick, women...

he's not type cast how can you flat out hate him?

I can understand certain flicks
like batman I cannot stand him in. Yes i'm one of the few that don't praise Nolan for that trilogy but hes such a versatile actor.

7.7/10 with 151k votes on IMDB, perhaps you were to drunk when you saw it.

Die Parallelstrasse 3.4/10 interesting experiment but quite boring at the same time. kafka meets essay films or something but not as good as it sounds, but had its moments

well group ratings are never 100% reliable to just individual preference, it is a just a guide that could be helpful if used with perspective.

but it's crazy talk to say 7.7 @ imdb is guarantee that a film is not terrible
