Spending your time watching film and MMA dosen't make you educated but working towards becoming a doctor does. Unless you're working in the field of film or as a critic your knowledge is useless and not considered essential to society at all.
"being educated in MMA" is not a thing because MMA is not a science and not a field of study.
Film is a field that can be studied but unless you've been taking classes you can hardly claim expert knowledge and even if you did you probably wasted your time anyway because very few can work in the field and the knowledge is not usefull in other fields.
