The movie was very fast paced and had key things happening every scene, if you skipped anything you can't possibly have understood it completely.

Not that it was a hard to get movie or anything.

Key words in blue.

They gave too much away early in the movie and dragged it out in my opinion.

Dosen't change the fact that you can't understand the entire idea of the movie if you skip parts of it because there was no filler scenes anywhere it was very straight forward.

It dosen't matter if you find it slow, either watch it as intended or watch something else, don't watch parts of it and pretend you gave it a chance because you didn't and you are in no position to judge the quality of the work.

Skipping the sex or dream scenes weren't important, neither was watching him open up wardrobes where the others were left there for the other guys amusement.
introducing the asian girl was a dead giveaway, showing him placing codes into the computer was a giveaway, they should have left those out of the movie and used
them as an after shot of some sort.

The guy being a genious was made out to be an imbecile recluse that only wanted to manipulate a female, and because he could not do it in real life, he chose to make an AI sex doll to appease his own mind, he was nuts, as for the guy testing out the product, see'ing it in its' near raw form and falling for it was even worse... yes he could not help his feelings, but again, he was made out to be a lonely nerd that falls for the AI... another guy that wants to have his very own sex doll that doesn't have to be blown up each night etc.

The creator was a control freak, he made it worse by keeping all the previous data and basic changes combined for the newer version, of course it is going to come back and bite him in the ass, both guys did not have any real lfe experience, how could they even consider creating an AI to be self aware, what was it self aware of... being manipulated, controlled, locked up to be studied, no friends, no morals, no beliefs, all they did was train it that way, it can give the right answers to questions, it can mirror questions, it can fake expressions to make people do what it wants etc, but is it still self aware... no... it is only programmed by the actions of the creator.

What was the worse thing in the movie... the genius did not have a back up safety protocol that would shut down the system [AI] and reset default protocols of the house from an outside source.

At the end of the day, I would say that it comes down to personal perception on whether the AI was self aware or not... mine is simple, it was not self aware, it was programmed. How can it be self aware if it does not know what is the difference between right and wrong.

it was an alrite movie

i dont mind pure dialogue movies, but if they do take that route it needs to be more profound than wat they delivered here

the only other dialogue movie that i can think of that did it pretty well was the man from earth

i think i woulda much preferred it if they actually went with nerd was the ai the entire time, an ai testing another ai to see if they're ai, haha
