I cannot wait. Been a huge Star Wars fan since I was like 4. Hopefully it's at least better than those prequels.

I keep telling myself that it can't possibly be any worse lol. I mean how could you do worse than Christian fucking Haydensen, the guy was a joke from day 1. I always hated the young Anakin as well, I don't even know his name.

Yeah those were definitely some of the shittiest factors of the prequel. And Jar Jar Binks. And just the dialog in general. NN George Lucas writing scripts.

I've got high hopes for Abrams. I'm not a huge Trek fan and I loved what he did with those movies. If Disney doesn't take over and block him from actually making the movie how he wants it, I don't see it being anything less than a 7/10. Which is more than okay with me after we had to deal with on the last three lol. I try to binge watch all 6 of them at least once a year though, I grew up watching them with my dad and I fucking love the franchise, even though it took a rough turn.

Same here, about 1-2 times a year I watch them all. The prequels did have some cool action sequences. That's really the only good part. At the end of Revenge of the Sith they kinda just phone it in and just cram everything together. A matter of minutes and it's bam, luke, leia, and vader. Seemed they wanted to speed it up.

That end scene with Vadar in his armor was fucking horrible... that scene is almost as bad as the remastered episode VI with fucking Haydensen as a spirit. A lot of the fight scenes were very cool and I'll always love Darth Maul, I thought he was a badass.
