In that order personally.

Runner up is probably House MD. A little redundant at times, but really good.

Lie to Me is also quite good, but the characters are just dull as can be. You've got awesome human lie detector main character. Then you've got exposition girl # 1, mysterious exposition girl # 2, and quirky exposition guy. You'll want those three to shut up as much as possible so you can get back to enjoying awesome human lie detector main character.
