Zachary Quinto as Sylar in the show "Heroes" was one of my favorite villains of all time. This scene always comes to mind on how fucking creepy the guy can be:

(for those that haven't watched the series, he's an all-powerful supervillain who often uses telekinesis. He acquires new superpowers by finding other people with powers and digging through their brains to see how they work)



He's also done work in American Horror story as villains. As for movies, I'd say Anthony Hopkins. Denzel Washington plays a good villain as well.

Page 3 and finally Ledger got mentionned. Furthermore. Either Oddjob or Jaws are the best bondvillains. Robert De Niro or Pacino are great bad guys too. Benicio Del Toro makes a great one in Savages. I always like Vinny Jones as a bad guy, allthough I don't really know why. I don't know if this classifies, but Depp as corrupt agent in Once upon a time in mexico. I can't just chose one as you can see.
