this had some naturalistic partys but it still was imo 'epic movielike coming of age adventure', liked the gun fight and was glad that there wasn't 'final bossfight' with the blondish guy or his father. did the assassins just end up coming there at the same time (if so, lame) or were staking out?
what do you mean with the introduction? do you mean auctority thing with the prayer circle?

yea the prayer circle, did i miss some dialogue before this which made it make sense?

atleast some of them seemed to go to it with 'what the hell, let's just get over this attitude' and this film seemed to have respect theme all over, him going hard with the auctority could have been to fill the void of his dead son - relationship + make the thing work: assassins focusing out of respect. also were they hired? they were just following the employer.
plenty of religious are pretty insane and go with old testament too but this could have been seen a bit cartoonish. was that the reasons they were watching cartoons or was it just classic stylization

you geek :D I missed that.

I enjoyed reflecting on the relationships in this movie, and in particular how the female characters are initially perceived.

:P was pretty funny, assassins sitting in the dark still, anticipating and there was some oldie cartoon.
not bad mis en scene
