all 2-3 hours long, there are just SO many things that happen in the books, it's literally impossible to change them.
also, they need to fix all the shit they changed, like not letting dobby do any of the great things that happen in the books (they give the credit to meaningless characters). One of the strongest points of the ENTIRE series is dobby's death, and it is shit in the movies because you don't know how much dobby truly helped harry out.
also, they made all dark wizards able to fly in book 6, although, it was the main thing that set voldermort ahead of ALL other wizards, he was so torn/so evil he could actually fly, and he was the ONLY one.
Making a film to close to the source-book isn't a good idea at all.
You can see the result of that in movie 1.
As a series however it could work.
