I liked this one to some extent but I feel like the bar set by most contemporary horror films are so low that whenever something comes out that isn't ouright awful it immediately becomes a huge sensation.

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1&2 (2012 & 2013)

Pretty damn good animated Batman. I really enjoyed Part 1.... even though it was a bit over the top, it did capture the Batman spirit and it had some funny moments as well. Part 2 was good too, but I didn't like it as much... it kinda ruined the Batman spirit with crossovers (Super Man and Green Arrow), a Cold War theme and very cunty Batman that behaves more like a terrorist than a dark badass hero.

that scene is epic. that movie was on my 'to watch' list forever, finally watched it last night and wow. i might need to watch it again before i over-rate it

Commando (1985)

Hilariously bad. It's so cheesy it's like a parody on the genre... and tbh I had quite a bit of fun watching it. It falls into the "so bad it's good" category imo. If you watch it seriously (like I did for the first 5-10 minutes) it's a 1/10, but if you watch it for the lulz (like I eventually started doing) it's good fun.
