The man from nowhere

Solid Korean action film with John wick-esque plot (but first).

John Wick 2 (2017)

Gladly I was in the mood for over the top action, and this is exactly what I got. Pretty well made without the horrible shaky cam that you see in every other action movie. I liked the mysterie they build around this "agency" and all the rules that go with it.
Some quirky scenes which felt out of place and made me cringe a little, and with 2 full hours a little bit long. But with all the non stop action you don't feel the length of the movie. Would recommend it if you are in the mood for some well filmed action. Friend of mine said he prefered the first one, I would probably say that I liked the second installment more.
Ohh and I didn't like the ending, at all. I know that they want to make a huge Franchise out of this but the ending sequenz just felt inconsequential.

Interesting movie. Twisted and based around two evil jailbait lolis, with some disturbing powerful scenes. A pretty strange experience, but I liked it.

The Man Who Knew Infinity (2015)

Pretty decent movie about Ramanujan. His character was pretty interesting, and so was his life and the culture shock he had when arriving to England. There's nothing outstanding about the film, but there's nothing wrong with it either. As risky as a movie about the life of a mathematician might be (I doubt many people flooded the cinemas excited to watch a movie on this topic), it takes little risks and goes for an easy/appealing way to narrate the story. There's nothing in it that can make it memorable, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
