Either way you slice it, that part would never work scientifically. "Slightly displacing" the star to the orbit of another planet (one that's relatively far away, judging by the snow) would wreck havoc on the orbits of every planet in the system, most likely shooting them off into space or crashing into the newly-formed sun. Besides, while they were siphoning the sun they would already mess everything up long before the planet exploded. It would also increase the mass of their planet by several orders of magnitude, collapsing it into a super-dense core and crushing everyone on the surface into a pancake.

Stuff like that is pure fiction and cannot be explained using our understanding of physics.

Congratulations you figured out star wars is a movie....?

Yeah, but you apparently haven't, because you tried to provide an explanation. Which is why I wanted to help you understand that it's a movie and cannot be explained. Hopefully I succeeded, let me know if I didn't and I'll try again using smaller words.

No see I explained why what you said was wrong in the terms and rules of the movie universe. You tried to bring real physics into a star wars movie.

Nice fail.

I enjoyed it a lot.

So far it has been the SW movie I've enjoyed the most, including the original trilogy. I never cared much for the original trilogy even though I've watched it multiple times, and the prequels weren't exactly great either.

The acting was definitely better than the original trilogy, and the new characters are already fleshed out better than those in A New Hope.

I'm looking forward to where they are going to take the story now.

A solid 8/10.

Usually the second film in a trilogy is the best (Empire was the best for the original 3 too), I'm hoping that'll be the case.

Clone wars was the worst.
Two towers was the worst
Return of Jafar - worst
The Bourne Supremacy - bad
Into darkness and age of ultron were terrible and i hope the 3rds are better
Iron man 2 was trash

I could go on...

I can only think of the godfather part two and the empire strikes back to support his theory

Dark knight and winter soldier are the ones I can think of. But civil war will probably be better than winter soldier. Also I guess the second hobbit movie. I mean all 3 were shit but if I had to research one I think if pick #2.

Personal opinion, worst star wars movie yet.

underdeveloped plot, horrible antagonist, completely predictable.
