All right. Dekalog is a massive project to take on of coure so it's understandable if you don't want to rush it or whatever but at the very least check out Double life of Veronique if you like Blue / Red, they are very similar :)

Thanks for the recommendation, it will take two lifspans to get through my watchlist ^^.

Flying saucers over Hollywood

Documentation about Ed Wood and Plam 9 from outer space. Very low budget but it's fine for what it is. I would recommend the biopic from Tim Burton though, since it offers the same amount of information and is way more entertaining.

Arrival

Loved it. Was slow and thought provoking, a little silly at the end but still a great break from the typical alien invasion omg shoot everything that moves bullshit that Hollywood usually cooks up.

Well, yeah my backlog is infinite as well but it's divided into low, mid and high priority. Kieslowski should be in high ;)

Tetsuo (1989)

What. The actual. Fuck.

It's one of the most disturbing movies I've seen, while at the same time it's intriguingly bizarre. Not sure what to make of it... it's not my cup of tea, but it was an interesting watch.

The Errand Boy (1961)

This is the second Jerry Lewis movie I see and it's the second time I don't find him funny. Some fun moments here and there, but I didn't enjoy the movie over all. I guess his humour isn't for me.

The Untouchables (1987)

The Untouchables is a 1987 American epic gangster thriller-drama film directed by Brian De Palma, produced by Art Linson, written by David Mamet, and based on the book The Untouchables (1957). The film stars Kevin Costner, Charles Martin Smith, Andy Garcia, Robert De Niro, and Sean Connery. Ness forms the Untouchables team to bring Capone to justice during Prohibition. The Grammy Award-winning score was composed by Ennio Morricone and features some period-correct music by Duke Ellington.
