Glen or Glenda

What a weird clusterfuck. Part romance, part thriller, part "what the fuck is going on", part educational video, part biography.
There is no way to discribe it, and yes it is bad. But knowing the story of Ed Wood and after seeing the Tim Burton movie about him, it kinda feels charming.
In some way it's still ahead of it's time and you can feel that someone made it with passion but lacking the talent and budget.
All in all it was a fun, but weird ride.

I also watched this because of Tim Burton's movie

To me it was interesting and definitely ahead of its time (plotwise), but iirc it got boring fast... I watched it until the end, but I began to lose interest like half way through and eventually I was just waiting for it to end.

I watched Things we lost in the fire and I'm now convinced Bier is an actual living Godess. It's the worst out of the three I've seen from her but still awesome!

Belgrad Radio Taxi (Zena sa slomljenim nosem)

This one took me by surprise. Didn't expect much and thought I will turn it off after 30 min.. But I was positively surprised. Interesting characters and story arcs. Even though it's a very neutral looking movie I got emotionally attached. I realy liked it, I had a grin on my face the whole way through.

More American Graffiti (1979)

I didn't like the original American Graffiti much, and this was just worse in pretty much every way. Seems like an unnecessary sequel they made back in the day to milk some money from the success the first movie had while also selling this as produced by George Lucas (who had just released the revolutionary Star Wars two years before this movie).

Demolition Man

Cringe overkill. They should release a new cut in which every scene with Sandra Bullock is missing, would be a decent action movie. Other than that it's just unbearable.

Toys

What a mess, the tone of this movie is just all over the place. Even with Robin Williams I couldn't stand it.

Apocalypto
