I watched Incendies! Aside from a couple of great scenes it's really your average Chris Nolan plot-twist herp-derp film. I' guessing the novelty of it being set in the middle-east combined with the fact that it's in French makes every hipster jizz their pants and give it an auto 10 on IMDB.

The Sting - I know it's a classic and all that but it just didnt't catch me. A few nice twists here and there but all in all nothing too special.

Blue is the warmest colour.

Shame they changed the ending in the movie, the original ending was more emotional.

Still great watch if you enjoy longer movies.

E: also the time leap was kinda confusing, there was no real tell. Just went from highschool to teaching in a single scene transition. Not sure how long had passed. It was actually a bit confusing at first because it looked like some sort of highschool extra credit thing, not her doing a real job. They also skipped the entire parents finding out scene which I'm not sure I agree with.

Westworld 1973

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070909/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2

A robot malfunction creates havoc and terror for unsuspecting vacationers at a futuristic, adult-themed amusement park.

Writer/Director Michael Crichton

Influenced a lot of other films like Terminator/Predator/Total Recall/Blade Runner - although the Book Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep came out in 1968 - so this film was probably a bit inspired from that

Not a bad copy here, sounds a bit echoey

I enjoyed it too, the sequel "Future World" is not as good but watchable. Pretty excited for the tv show.

after hearing the backround story around this movie I deleted it of my watchlist.
the director was an asshole and the whole movie is an excuse to shoot a soft porn.

"The director has all the power. When you're an actor on a film in France and you sign the contract, you have to give yourself, and in a way you're trapped."…"In America, we'd all be in jail." – Léa Seydoux

Breakfast at Tiffany's - charming movie
Blazing Saddles - Hilarious, I lost my shit when Mongo punched the horse. ^^ Mel Brooks made some fun movies.

Eh it's a good movie and it followed a graphic novel so.. the actresses did really well, both gave amazing performances. It is a shame to boycott an amazing work because of the potential/alleged motivations of one person involved in the project.

If you enjoyed it that's great, it just feels pretentious to me and since I have around 250 movies on my watchlist I think I just skipp it. Reading about the mess that happend behind the scenes doesn't help either.

Stardust - fun magical adventure. It has the feel of an Harry Potter movie. But what happend to Robert Deniro... every role he played lateley is a mess, in Stardust he is a gay crossdresser...
