Is it just me, or was this movie boring as fuck?
Loved the sound design, music, and visuals. Aesthetically this movie was right up my ally, but the very obvious metaphor for aids, lackluster conflict, and tedious pacing were too much for me...
That aside.... I really really loved the soundtrack...
I think it's good, it's more Carpenter Style of atmosphere and suspense instead of modern tension building and relief style. I much prefer It Follows type films over jumpscares and schock type films but it's a matter of taste of course.
Also isn't 7 / 10 a bit high for "boring as fuck"?
