hah, i'll give that a try

last movie i watched was interstellar, the wild false claims about known physics about black holes kinda blocked me from being into the movie from that point. Hate it when i know something is just in-your-face wrong. Besides that, some of the characters were a bit lacking in some ways.

rampage (2009)

was ok, was advertised as making you physically sick possibly, but after seeing similar violence like in elephaunt, i was not really impressed by that aspect.

what was refreshing was that the guy doing it, was actually a bit intelligent kind of psychopath/sociopath, which made thinking about mass shooters a bit different for me. Luckily most if not all are not that intelligent. The smart psycho's do other things.

I think it's nasty as shit. To me the way it was filmed was disturbing because it looks realstic, it's not overblown hollywood violence it actually looks real. Also the fact that it's directed towards civilians makes it hard to digest, if he was killing CIA or something it wouldn't bother me.

I don't know, something about it just put me off.

That was an awesome film, Gus Van Sant directed it, so it's not surprising it's really good.

I agree the anti-capitalism in rampage (and all Boll films that tackle the subject) are pretty embarassing.
