The New York Ripper
I've seen this before and it's the best of Fulcis many great Giallos and one of the best exploitation films ever.
It's trashy as hell and definitly an aquired taste but there's so much to enjoy here, the pacing, the unintentional comedy, really nasty death scenes.
8 / 10, highest grade i'll give any exploitation film.

Im not gonna pretend to fully understand Renoirs intentions with this film but I do believe he managed to capture something magical here, the shots of the girl on a swing is mindblowing and so is the beautiful shots of the river from the second half of the film.
