Yes they can, in last ep host were beating the shit out of guests so yeah...but they programmed not to kill them. Someone said in previous ep that only thing stops hosts from killing guests is one line of code. With all this odd things thats happening with hosts it wont be long before Host kills Guest imo

Thats what I thought just sometimes when it happens it is really strange timing like she is in the woods or middle of a city with that other guy then she disappears and it is never noticed by them?

I think Hopkins character killed Arnold. They are making it pretty obvious he had something to do with him dying.
