Every character in the show is written in for a purpose and a point. Who cares if he is gay? it doesn't take away from the plot, in fact it adds to it. It makes his character make more sense in a way.
There are shows that are like HEY LOOK RANDOM GAaAAaaaAAaAY PEOPLE and it is super annoying, but this isn't one of those shows.
Usually i don't care either, but it happens in EVERY show these days. You aren't adressing the point i made. I have no objection to the manner, i have objection to being bombarded with it everywhere i look, no matter the genre or target audience. Next time please adress the actual point i made. Also it wasn't required for him to be gay to make a sensible plot, his being gay is irrelevant. They could have been kindred spirits doing shady business based on mutual understanding without them having to be gay. Your point about that is BS.
