the inital plan was to release the first film in theatre and then show 2 or 3 on TV and when the massive success of the first film was a fact the second and third where already shot, on pretty tight budgets
unfortunate.
It would be awesome if the Hollywood made a big budget sequal with Daniel Craig.
The american version of dragon tattoo was pretty damn good too.
