Any good?

I've had it on my backlog since 2010

It's one of those love it or hate it film. Personally, I belong to the latter group.

Does it have any merit or is it generic horror?

Last seen was Birdman very good imo

I like it and its actually a psychological thriller

It's not like it adds something completely new, but it isn't a generic horror... and like Unfall said it's closer to a psychological thriller than a horror movie. Over all, I feel like the concept is good, but the final product isn't. It could have been much better.

I wouldn't recomment not watching it though, because like I said it's one of those love it or hate it movies.
