I thought it was gonna be a horror movie but just a drama flick. Pretty good I thought kinda sad though.

What is it you remember so differently? I remember there being more than one previous conflict with the Formics (I also remember them being called something else in the first book).

There was also the whole political thing that Peter and Valentine did that wasn't included in the film.

Aside from those I feel like the movie did a good job of telling the story.

The movie did a mediocre job of telling the events. It did a terrible job of telling the story.
