After doing some googling and some math, if what the Internet says is true about how fast he goes in the show (~Mach 2) then he accelerates at 27.7 m/s^2 (using the distance of the super sonic punch) which is roughly 8x the acceleration of an average human. His arm would also accelerate at 8x the average amount given that his whole body moves at the same enhanced speed. It's been shown in the show that he can punch while running, so that would be a total acceleration in a punch that is 64x that of the average human.
The average human punches at ~1,000 N, making The Flash punch at around 64,000 N. It takes 4,000 N to break a femur and 2,300 to break a skull.

Tl;dr: Barry fucking sucks dick
No your maths sucks dick
For that to be right the average force a human punches at would have had to have been measured while running which it clearly wouldn't be. And as you've done it after a run-up his top speed would have to be 8x a human but that's just the acceleration and it will be different.
Here's what you should have done
Find the average speed a human punches at -> x8 (assuming a human punch doesn't reach some max speed before impact barry can surpass) -> +barry's running speed -> divide by average punch speed -> 1/2 + ^2 (half and square it to get impact force from velocity ratio) -> times by average human punching force (zz was a bit more than i thought)
Anyway I think it goes without saying that his body has to work differently to withstand this stuff. But I'll agree this is a problem with the character/concept, he doesn't seem to be particularly tough when getting attacked etc but then runs into stuff/attacks at those speeds.
