The Philadelphia Story (1940).
Some of the best dialogue I've seen in a movie in quite a while, very good back-and-forths between most of the characters throughout. Took a little while to really get going but had a nice middle part and conclusion, I thought. Jimmy Stewart's drunken scenes were awesome, Cary Grant had a ton of charisma (not much acting here, he was kind of a wax mannequin, really) and Katherine Hepburn went from being an insufferable bitch to a more fleshed out person (I think the was the point of the movie but I thought I'd explicitly state it, lol). The other guy, George, was just kind of present.
