Is it just me or is draco like #1 suspect for alchemy?

Yeah but I mean both zoom and rf were both really obvious as well, and it was the idea that it was too obvious that had other people looking at different theories.

Not only that, it makes sense for him to hate metahumans since they were created by the particle accelerator, instead of being chosen by Savitar as a god. I think Alchemy has no powers without the gem/Savitar's help, or Savitar chose him to have powers.
