Letter from an Unknown Woman (1948)

Very good, concise romance film here. Story can be described as predictable, I'd say, but the execution, sets and lightning all seemed like they were done very well and I liked the way they delivered the story. Good stuff.

The Perfume of the Lady in Black - Interesting giallo
American Mary - Fun horror comedy
The Last Days - Surprisingly bad/meh, started strongly and the looks are good but...
Elysium - Enjoyable, sentimentalism in the end was pretty crude though
Duel to the Death - At times really weird martial arts, at times very very classy.

Great one imo, one of the best romance films.

Melancholia (2011)

Instantly figured it was done by the same guy that wrote/directed Antichrist (Lars von Trier) so I had a feeling I would enjoy it right off the bat. It's slow but beautifully done and the premise of the film is quite interesting and thought-provoking. Oh and seeing Kirsten Dunst nude was cool.

Twixt - meh
The Bug Cube (1969) - The Cube got it's inspiration from this, decent philosophical comedy though a bit too much
like a stage play with over the top acting and all.

Byzantium

I really liked it. I was expecting something different but it was still good.
