He looked cool enough that I'm fine with another speedster, as long as he doesn't overtake alchemy as the primary antagonist.
Savitar was like a giga speedster though. Didn't have much comic time, but his powers were a bit more advanced than the other speedsters. He had a cult following and the ability to steal and give speed to anyone.
He spent a long time in the speed force and knew more about it than anyone.
It looks like they're taking the hindu god of motion literally, almost like he's a twisted personification of the speed force.
