Skyfall -- 3.5 // 5.0
Movie would be a 2.5-3.0//5.0 if it weren't for the stunning visuals throughout the movie. So many cool sequences and scenes which were far greater than the plot itself. Bardem as a villain was good but his role was very limited and the movie was riddled with cliches -- the "boy" tech genius who is doubted initially but proves his mettle later on, the aging heroes who should get out of the game but 'just can't', the random good looking woman with the troubled past, etc., etc.
But, as I said, it is worth seeing for a lot of the awesome sequences. Oh, Adele did a Hell of a job with the theme song. I give credit where it's due.
