Ronin -- 1998.

DeNiro and Jean Reno in the same movie. I thought it was going to be decent but it was absolute shit. The plot was kind of dumb and hard to follow and all the action sequences were anti-climatic and took advantage of a suspense of disbelief. The best thing about the movie were the two leads and the settings where the movie was shot, they really made me wish I could afford to travel around Europe.

2.0 // 5.0.

Very generous, too.

I actually liked this movie, not to an extend where I'd totally love it, but overall it was an ok movie for me.

The car chase scene made up for a lot and with those two leads this movie cant be "too bad" imo

However I understand your plot issue, seen from this point of view it was a complete talent waste with De Niro, Reno, Sean Bean and Jonathan Pryce in it.

Coulda been way more with this fantastic team up tbh.
