Dark Passage -- 1947

What I liked:

-- Bogie
-- Some of the extremely stylized shots they got, particularly the perspective they used during the first half and the scenes in the taxi cabs near the beginning.

What I didn't like:

-- A lot of the dialogue and significant chunks of the plot. I thought the angle of the "wrongfully convicted" hero wasn't resolved well enough for my taste.
-- Some of the action sequences were filmed very poorly.
-- The ending.

3.5 // 5.0.

Had so much potential but really dipped towards the end.

The Hunger Games
A-

It was a far better than average movie, hence the A- grade. There were a couple things that seemed to go unexplained in the movie, but the movie always held my attention. It kinda started off slow, but you could tell that they were building it up to the climax so the slow part didn't bore me too much.

Not the best movie but it has some nostalgia to it. Matthew Lillard makes a good Shaggy.

agreed, but the tournament really disappointed me, I was expecting the main bitch to rape all those bitches with headshots and shit, huge let down tbh
