Shane had to be the flattest most uninteresting character in the enitre show, ever. Even the fucking zombies have more character development than that tool had.

He was an extremely flat character, if you didn't see that well..I just don't know what to say.

how? and by your standards who wasn't flat? the writers for walking dead arent the best, the show took like 10 episodes to actually do... anything.

From the second we were first introduced to him to the moment he died he wen't through very little(if any) changes in his character, he was always the mean survival of the fittest kill anyone he doesn't like character. He rarely had conflicting emotions even when he should have(save for possibly not wanting to kill rick in cold-blood at the end).
