definitely have to say i miss Dale more than Shane.

but to counter that i really did like Shane's character, he brought a lot of life to the show.

and in regards the whole "people are infected but don't turn unless they die or get bitten" thing, it will be interesting to see if someone just turns randomly.

also after this Sundays episode how long do we have to wait for season 3?

no i think shane intended to kill rick but some small part of his conscious and humanity was still present and he couldnt kill rick, especially unarmed. he was attempting to get rick emotional and react.
