It seems like all the possible bad guys are getting killed off or thrown in prison. Either that Russian guy is going to get out of prison or he's going to get his gang to do his dirty work and go after Dexter.

Did you watch the promo for next episode? Don't be posting spoilers because I never watch those promos. I kinda figured she was going to do something though. I thought she might join Dexter and they'd hook up and shit.
