We figured out she was pregnant..that doesn't mean anything, it is still entirely possible that the doctor told him about the pregnancy or about his wife + Shane. What we know has absolutely zero effect on what the doctor told Rck.

Sure you can say 'it probably is not that BECAUSE they came out and told us with no mention of the doctor' but just to say 'We know she is pregnant' is fucking retarded.
