Awesome episode, like the idea of Oliver doing a recruitment drive. So far looking to be the best season since the first, they're really going all out.

he says "you amost killed the green arrow the other night, and if you dead, you would have been dead"... this makes me think that promethesus is someone Oliver knows (maybe someone in flashbacks) and that he has a personal vendetta against him...

also the backstory behind the ragman's father might be interesting... there be some connection with his father and oliver/olvier's father/flashback

Seeing how Barry's time traveled affected The Green Arrow, (sara diggle is erased from existance and instead has a baby boy).... maybe promethesus is Tommy who is after Oliver because he couldn't save Laurel? or Maybe Oliver from another timeline erasing his time remneant lol

Knowing how these shows work it is almost a lock that Felicity's new bf is Prometheus.

I hope so because I want him gone, but also it would be super lame because the purpose of that is literally just more relationship drama.
Honestly though it has been what like less than 6 months and she still works daily/nightly with Oliver, how has she had enough time to meet anyone? Yet she has a boyfriend she lives with? It is obviously just there to be drama and it is annoying.
