I really enjoyed seeing the "other side" of hunting, so to speak. It is nice when they slow down and show the brothers as actual humans.

I was just amazed that the entire episode was shot from baby and how it actually worked smoothly.

Do all the monsters know who the winchesters are?

do they know they stopped the apocalypse? Locked up archangels... fought against metatron... comrades with the king of hell..... dealt with leviathans... who are prolly the strongest monsters... killed alphas.. killed mother of monsters...??

is there like a network for monsters that let them know of these events? I fos.. why do they still mess with them?

Okay, that episode was filler, while still addressing the darkness story, but brilliant. All from the perspective of baby. A friggin' ghoulpire, that's just awesome.

Fuckers teased that john would come back for this season and he kind of did, but it wasn't our beloved john, it was the younger version, but not really him. Damn it, bring back Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Doubt it. I think it was Lucifer, or maybe even Michael. Lucifer played a key role in the locking away the darkness.
Also, the vision he received was reminiscent of his time in the cage. So it may be Lucifer talking to him.
There's a rumor that Michael and Lucifer may get out some how.

Yup. I think it's Lucifer.
Cause idk where, but I recall somewhere, they hinted to stop the darkness, Lucifer must be released from his cage. I think it was a conversation with Crowly.

Lucifer is the Light Bearer/Light Bringer. Makes sense.
Also, what his "father" said to him. "I could never fool you" So it's someone who's tried to disguise themselves to sam before. Only two entities fit that description. Lucifer and Gabriel. Given that Lucifer makes more sense with the torture vision, I'm gonna go with him. Though it'd be pretty awesome to see loki again, haha.

No, they said that lucifer and Micheal were making a lot of noise, like a warning.

I think the torture vision was Sam remembering the cage for some reason, the show beginning the same way as swan song with chuck/god really hints at God maybe doing something this season...

I assume word travels the grape vine about most things, perhaps the winchester dont get credited with everything they do, but afterall they are just humans - and monsters are usually arrogant and believe they are stronger. But there's also the side of the coin that the boys are 'hunters' so even if the monsters are to run, they will be 'hunted' hence left with the option to fight. I mean, the boys are usually hot on the trail because the monsters etc need to feed/do something that does leave a trail.
