Not to mention a squad of highly trained paramilitary soldiers armed with fully automatic rifles suddenly lose their rifles in a puff of magic smoke to fight hand to hand against unarmed civilians.
I think the funniest part of the whole scene was that he had to mention he was league trained. And then they proceed to that.... yeah...

I thought that this episode was OK, mainly because there was so little talking and a lot of retarded fighting
so for arrow standard it wasn't a bad episode

Gotham reintroduced jerome, introduced the court of the owls, mad hatter, killer croc, the possibility of Talon or Thomas Wayne Jr. and some other unknown villains, the flash ended on flashpoint. So I wouldn't call those garbage. Arrow on the other hand pretty much tanked.

Season 1 was fucking terrible.

Not really the writing was bad, the acting was atrocious and the camera and sound work was b movie quality at best. It was almost impossible to watch.
