what bugs me is how did Jaqen H'ghar got captured in earlier season before he meet Arya, a badass faceless man from bravos in a rusty cage with some drunks....seriously? maybe he was there for Arya in the first place? maybe her dancing master had something to do with it ?

I can't really answer you because they changed the storyline so it doesn't even make sense...
In the books Jaqen H'ghar stays in Westeros because he has some shit to do, and in the show they decided to use him in Braavos instead on introducing someone new so show watchers wont be like DAMN A NEW CHARACTER AGAIN.
