i was pretty annoyed by gordon's detective skills. he didnt try to look at the scene where the guys were found for any clues. he didn't try to find where the crime was committed. he didn't try to narrow down what time it occurred to narrow down suspects. i assume there are no cameras. when he questioned the inmates, he didnt even ask if they knew who did it.

Yeah and then it was all "OMG SOMEONE ISN'T WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE! HOW COULD OUR MAXIMUM SECURITY ASYLUM MISS THIS?"

Because when there are a set of missing guard keys, it's much more prudent to focus on an inmate that was hurt than something that can set the rest of the crazies free. Right?

It was just stupid that this understaffed asylum has an extra person show up for work that no one realizes is a patient. The administrator guy even knew who it was right away when he was being questioned. Who's signing the payroll? Who gave out access badges and keys day one and should know everyone on staff?

I just felt like they had an opportunity to dive deeper into the plot by showcasing the inmates at the asylum. Instead, they went all M. Night Shamalaninicantspellhisname on us and tried to throw in an unnecessary plot twist.

Hell, I would have been fine with the nurse being a nurse, but was captured and placed under mind control. The "Oshet guys shes rly not supposed 2 b out of her cage" I felt took me out of the episode while I tried to rationalize what I was watching.
